Shadowrun and Tetrobot on Debian Jessie

I got around to trying Humble Bundle 12. So far I've only tried two of the games.

I thought I'd post a few technical details on the Linux binaries that don't come up in the descriptions.

Costume Quest download claims to be "Mojo installer" which sounds more ominous than the rest.

There would also be some sort of Android versions for all these.

System is Debian Jessie (testing) on amd64 with i386 libs through multiarch. Box is i5-2500K, 8G RAM, Radeon HD 6850 "Gallium 0.4 on AMD BARTS" 1920 x 1200 fullscreen with Free radeon driver.

Tetrobot and Co 1.0.12

Swing Submarine: Tetrobot & Co

A puzzle game, lots of sokoban type shuffline, except fun. Some cute storyline.

Install comes in a zip file containing a "portable" dir (526 MB) where you can launch the program as a regular user. Works perfectly nicely.

Main executable mostly seems to be linked against XCB and GL libraries.

I did need to open pavucontrol and change the output from stereo jack to HDMI to get sound. Simple enough.

Shadowrun Returns

Shadowrun Returns on Wikipedia

A futuristic RPG/adventure. Somewhat cheesy and uninteresting environment, but seemingly good looking and probably fun.

Install comes in a tar.gz file containing a "portable" dir (2.9 GB!) where you can launch the program as a regular user. There is an innocent enough start script. Game runs perfectly nicely.

Main executable mostly seems to be linked against XCB and GL libraries.

An executable called ShadowrunEditor, that I think you can run from the title screen, seems to want libQtGui, libQtNetwork, and libQtCore. I haven't tested that.
