Github
Github has been taken over by a company whose MO is to retard progress and which is famous for unethical business practices.
I've joined many others and removed everything on Github and will not be using it for anything anymore. If I get around to it, I might restart on a more sensibly run service. It's a real shame. They had a lot of good features going.
I've heard there's been some new turn at sf and it no longer spreads malware, but I consider it a foregone service as well. It has also for long, maybe always, had terrible usability. And it's no longer the only game in town. Friends don't let friends use sourceforge.
